What Can Be Returned?

All our jewellery and gifts are non returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and the coronavirus concerns.

This does not affect your rights.

Handmade products are excluded from returns and refunds under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Which Items Are Excluded From The 14 Day Return Policy?

  • Earrings of all Kinds.
  • Bespoke orders (When you have asked us to create a particular item for you.)
  • Any personalized name jewellery.
  • Watches.
  • Hair Clips And Pins.
  • Gift Sets including earrings.    
  • Create Your Own Bracelets/Keyrings.
  • Necklaces.
  • Rings.
  • Cufflinks.
  • Tie bars.
  • Keyrings.
  • Gift sets.
  • Earring Studs.

Why Can't Earrings Be Returned?

Due to the high risk of hygiene concerns which could develop in other customers who buy return earrings, we cannot accept returns for earrings, ear studs, hair clips or personalised items of all kinds including, bespoke orders. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I Return Unwanted Goods?

No, we don't accept returns for unwanted items. 

Please make sure you want the goods before ordering, as time and effort has gone into making your jewellery or gift and it wouldn't be fair on our jewellery designers for you to waste their time.

Otherwise no, we do NOT accept orders back just because you have changed your mind. All items are made to order at the time of purchase and come under Custom or Personalized products.

We cannot refund returned items after the 14 day return period has expired.
