You the customer agrees to our terms and conditions before shopping on our site.

We reserve the right to change our privacy, terms and conditions at anytime without notice.

All products on this site are the sole property of Food Jewellery Direct.

Returns And Cancellations

We reserve the right to decline any order under any circumstances at anytime if we feel it could endanger our business.

Customers who have their order cancelled will get an immediate refund.

We reserve the right to edit, change, remove pictures or text without prior notice to customers.

Customers can cancel their order within 14 days after they have placed their order.

A immediate refund will be sent to the customer's card if they choose to cancel their order. Orders cannot be cancelled after the 14 days period has ended.

Customers have 14 working days to return damaged jewellery.

All returned products needs to be in their original packaging with any gift boxes or bags supplied.

Refunds will be issued when all return items are received by us, we cannot refund items that have not been returned.

All returned jewellery is checked and verified, if we find that the items were sent out in good condition, but deliberately damaged by the customer and returned to us, you will not receive a refund.

Returns after this period will not be accepted.

All damaged jewellery (Excluding damaged done by the customer) will be fully refunded including, the original delivery costs and return postage.

Replacements And Exchanges You can exchange or have an item replaced if it is not suitable within 14 days of receiving your original order.

To receive a exchange or a replacement, contact us by email and state whether you would prefer a replacement or an exchange.

Send back the unwanted item and we will send out a replacement.

All unwanted items can be exchanged or replaced with a similar item of the same value.

Exchanges or replacement requests after the 14 day period will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

If you have received a item from us which is damaged, you can return the damaged item within the 14 day refund policy and receive a full refund. You also have the right to replace the damaged item or receive a free repair.

Order Discrepancies

Upon receipt of your order, please check that all items are ordered and match the dispatch note.

If you have any problems with your order including, wrong items sent/missing items/damaged, etc please notify Food Jewellery Direct within 14 day period of receiving your goods.

If you have not notify us within 14 day period of receiving your order, we will not be required to refund or send out a replacement for any damaged or missing items after this time period.

Wrong Items Sent

If you have received the wrong items by mistake you need to return all items back to us before we can issue you a full refund.

Buyers are responsible for paying the full return postage. We do not refund return postage on wrong items sent.

Expected Delivery

Most orders are made and dispatch within 2-7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Personalised items and bespoke will take up to 14 days to make and dispatch depending upon the customer's personal requirements, including changes and requests.

Miniature food items, cufflinks, rings, earring studs and glass dome rings are dispatched after 3 working days.

Complaints And Disputes

If you have a complaint about any of our products or services contact us immediately to resolve any issues within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products like earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.

Bespoke and Personalized name Jewellery are Non-returnable and Non-refundable.

Items cannot be returned just because you have changed your mind.

Watches, Earrings, Earstuds, Hair Clips are non-returnable or refundable.

We reserve the right to charge customers for accepting damage items, if the fault was on the customer's side.

Unpaid Orders

Transactions on this site are to be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Any transactions made, but remain unpaid will result in cancellation of your order.

If transactions are made and goods are sent out but reversed, we reserve the right to take out a court order to reclaim the money lost. Court fees, as will as fees for pursuing any legal action against you will be added to the debit you owe.

Content And Images

All images and content on this site are owned and licensed to Food Jewellery Direct and protected by the Intellectual Property and Digital Acts.

No part of this website or it's contents can be copied, re-produced, sold, rented or used by any business or individual for public, business or personal use.

Any copyright infringement of our images or contents will result in legal prosecution against any third party, business or individual who uses our data without permission.

It is a Criminal Offence to copy, sell, rent and use images or content without permission from the owners.


The health of our customers are paramount, which is why we do not use nickel or lead materials in any of our products.


Our products comes under the The Food Limitations(Safety) Regulations of 1989.

The polymer food jewellery on this site is not for eating. Customers agree to wear the jewellery as it had been intended to be worn.

Food Jewellery Direct takes no responsibility for customers who fail to read the advice notice on food limitation in the product description box.

Customers are responsible for keeping their new food jewellery out of the reach of children.

None of our products are suitable for children.

All of our customers are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013.

Food Jewellery Direct is governed by UK law.
